Lock Install Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Lock Install Specialist to join our dynamic team in Anthem, Arizona. As a full-time member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality locksmithing services and installations to our valued clients. Key Responsibilities Perform lock installations and repairs for residential and commercial properties. Assess and troubleshoot locksmithing issues to provide effective solutions. Interact with customers to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service. Maintain an organized schedule for appointments and complete service calls efficiently. Document and report all work performed and parts used during installations. Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition and comply with safety standards. Stay updated on the latest technologies and practices within the locksmithing industry. Required and preferred qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in locksmithing or a related field. Strong technical skills and ability to use specialized tools for lock installation. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities. Time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently. Relevant certifications in locksmithing are a plus.
