6-MONTH ASSIGNMENT
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
SHIFT SCHEDULE (8-HOUR SHIFTS)
• 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM (3 openings)
• 1:45 PM – 10:15 PM (3 openings)
• 9:45 PM – 6:15 AM (4 openings)
40 HOURS PER WEEK
3 WEEKENDS PER MONTH
30-MINUTE BREAK PER SHIFT
REQUIREMENTS
• Current, unencumbered LVN/LPN license
• Experience with IDD, behavioral health/ psychiatric needs, and dual diagnoses
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Strong attendance, reliability and adaptability
• Must complete credentialing and be ready to begin immediately upon clearance
MANDATORY TRAINING
Approximately two weeks of New Employee Orientation and Nursing Education (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Attendance and punctuality are required.
