Key Responsibilities
- Engage guests with interactive product demonstrations and personalized storytelling highlighting the craftsmanship of fine jewelry and Swiss watches.
- Host exclusive events and presentations to promote brand knowledge and elevate the luxury customer journey.
- Utilize exceptional public speaking and presentation skills to captivate diverse audiences and build strong guest connections.
- Network effectively to foster lasting relationships and ensure high customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with onboard sales teams to exceed sales targets and maximize luxury product visibility.
- Represent the brand by embodying its values and delivering expert service at all times.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
