About the role

Greystar is hiring a Make Ready/Turn Technician for Avana Cumberland. The role ensures vacant apartments meet established quality standards for re-leasing and are turned promptly to market-ready condition in line with company occupancy standards. The property is a stabilized garden community with 400 units.

Responsibilities

• Complete needed repairs and improvements before resident move-in, following the community’s make-ready checklist.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspect sheetrock for damage and repair or replace it as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting in vacant and occupied units as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager.
• Help maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Support cost-cutting efforts.
