Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3-5 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience preferred.
• Experience with mechanical testing methodologies and materials selection.
