About the role
Vito La Puma has full-time and part-time opportunities for a medical assistant. The role involves helping physicians with patient care and supporting patient flow and basic administrative duties. Candidates must be willing to work at both the Ridgewood and Howard Beach locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with patient care.
- Take patient histories and vital signs.
- Prepare and clean exam rooms.
- Assist with minor in-office procedures.
- Sterilize instruments and maintain supplies.
- Help with patient flow and basic administrative duties.
Requirements
- Be professional, reliable and punctual.
