Medical Officer

Key Responsibilities: • Clinical Review: Monitor and review the clinical progress of inpatient and outpatient to ensure treatment plans align with established medical protocols and hospital policies • Insurance Liaison • Discharge Planning: Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate smooth patient transitions and timely discharges. • Patient Advocacy: Communicate complex medical updates to families and patients, ensuring they understand their treatment journey • Quality Audit: Participate in clinical audits to improve patient outcomes Qualifications & Experience: • Education: Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBhB) from a recognized university. • Licensing: Valid up-to-date license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC). • Experience: At least 2-3 years of clinical practice.
