Tasks

• Install, configure, administer, patch, and upgrade databases.
• Perform query optimization, indexing, execution plan analysis, and performance tuning.
• Manage database backup, recovery, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and ensure database stability.
• Support database migrations, refreshes, and release deployments.
• Automate routine DBA tasks using Python or Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with application development, infrastructure, DevOps, and production support teams.
• Support enterprise applications and troubleshoot application-database integration issues.

Requirements

• 10+ Years
• Candidates should have hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Angular/React, along with expertise in database performance tuning, high availability, backup and recovery, and production support.
• Microsoft SQL Server DBA
• MySQL Database Administration
• Full-stack technology exposure: Java, .NET, or Python
• Angular or React experience
• SQL performance tuning and query optimization
• Database backup, recovery, and production support
• Oracle DBA experience, including RAC, Data Guard, ASM, RMAN, and OEM.
• Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, JDBC, and REST API knowledge.
• CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, and database automation.
• Banking or financial services experience.
