Nanny

About the role

A family in Boston’s Seaport neighborhood is seeking a nanny to care for their two young sons, ages 4 and 2.

The family is looking for a long-term nanny.

Tasks

• Take initiative, anticipate the family’s needs, and take ownership of the morning routine to ensure both children are ready and out the door to school on time.
• Manage the morning routine, maintain a positive and organized environment, and communicate proactively with the parents.
• Preparing the children for school, walking them to school, and supporting their routines and needs.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Occasional weekend and date-night support appreciated but not required.
• ASAP for the right fit

Pay

• $35-$45/hour based on experience
• 30 hours per week guaranteed
