Requirements

8+ Years
Local Candidates Only (Redmond / Greater Seattle / Eastside area)
Open to all work authorizations except OPT.
Green Card holders must be willing to work on our W2.
Strong hands-on development experience using C#, ASP.NET Core, Python, and full-stack architecture.
Practical experience building LLM-powered AI agents and workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent (tool calling, orchestration, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls).
Deep expertise in REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
Hands-on experience with SRE development, observability, monitoring, alerting, incident automation, and performance tuning.
Strong background in Microsoft Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization.
