🚀 We’re Hiring: Onboarding & Compliance Officer 📍 Indiranagar, Bangalore | Work From Office (Mandatory) 🕒 Full-time 💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 / month Bridg.Money is looking for a detail-oriented Onboarding & Compliance Officer to manage end-to-end merchant and partner onboarding for our regulated fintech platform. This is a process-driven execution role focused on KYC verification, compliance adherence, contract execution, and audit-ready documentation. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Execute merchant & partner onboarding as per KYC & compliance checklists Verify documents across internal portals, bank portals & KYC tools Ensure accurate execution of agreements, authorizations & contracts Track onboarding status, follow-ups & closures Maintain secure, audit-ready documentation repositories Support bank audits, internal audits & compliance reviews Handle post-onboarding re-verification, profile updates & change requests Maintain MIS, trackers & compliance reports ✅ Mandatory Requirements Strong attention to detail & documentation accuracy Experience in onboarding / KYC / compliance / operations Comfortable with portals, SOPs & checklist-based workflows Good communication & follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously ⭐ Preferred Experience in fintech, payments, banking or NBFC Familiarity with KYC / AML documentation standards Exposure to bank onboarding & compliance processes 📌 Work Conditions 100% Work From Office Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore<📝 Subject: Onboarding & Compliance Officer
