About the role
Manage end-to-end merchant and partner onboarding for a regulated fintech platform. The role focuses on KYC verification, compliance procedures, contract execution, and maintaining audit-ready documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Complete merchant and partner onboarding using KYC and compliance checklists.
- Verify documents through internal portals, bank portals, and KYC tools.
- Ensure accurate execution of agreements, authorizations, and contracts.
- Track onboarding progress, follow up on open items, and close cases.
- Maintain secure, organized, audit-ready documentation repositories.
- Support bank audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews.
- Manage post-onboarding re-verification, profile updates, and change requests.
- Maintain MIS, trackers, and compliance reports.
Required qualifications
- Experience in onboarding, KYC, compliance, or operations.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Comfort using portals, SOPs, and checklist-based workflows.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple onboarding cases simultaneously.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, or an NBFC.
- Familiarity with KYC and AML documentation standards.
- Exposure to bank onboarding and compliance processes.
