Part-Time Online Assistant / Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX

Insight Global is looking for a friendly and approachable Online Assistant / Customer Service Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. This part-time position offers the chance to support customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while enhancing their experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through email, chat, and other online platforms, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers by navigating services, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate product information.
• Document all customer interactions and escalations in the CRM system to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and share insights on common problems and solutions.
• Participate in team meetings to review performance metrics and develop strategies for improving customer support.
• Conduct follow-ups to confirm resolution of customer queries and collect feedback for service enhancement.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and company policies to provide accurate assistance.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work collaboratively in a virtual environment.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a part-time role.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation: $300 per hour
