In this role, you will support clients by planning and booking their travel itineraries while providing expert advice and personalized service. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with travel planning and booking, offering expert recommendations tailored to their needs. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and online platforms. Process bookings, cancellations, and itinerary changes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail and meet deadlines consistently. Collaborate with travel suppliers to negotiate competitive prices and secure the best deals. Provide ongoing support throughout customers’ travel journeys, resolving any issues that arise. Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with clients. Proven customer service experience in a sales or travel-related environment. Strong problem-solving and time management abilities. Experience with travel booking software and tools is preferred. 1-3 years of experience in travel-related roles is an asset. As part of our collaborative team, you will work closely with experienced travel advisors and customer support staff. Reporting directly to the Travel Services Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and fostering strong internal partnerships.
