Key Responsibilities Manage and organize daily schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders to ensure clear and timely communication. Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. Maintain organized records and files for quick and efficient information retrieval. Assist in project management by tracking deadlines and deliverables, providing regular updates. Handle administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and other communications. Support office operations by coordinating logistics and facilities management. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional certification in office management is a plus. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion. Previous experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
