Organization Change Management (OCM) Practitioner

About the role

Lead end-to-end change management initiatives for large-scale enterprise transformation programs.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Organization Change Management.
• Hands-on experience with at least 9–10 large-scale change management implementations.
• Expertise in OCM strategy, roadmap development, stakeholder engagement, and change impact analysis.
• Experience in organizational readiness assessments, training strategies, communication plans, and user adoption.
• Exposure to AI-enabled transformations, enterprise migrations, DevOps, and integration programs.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives and global stakeholders.
• PROSCI certification and an MBA are highly preferred.
• Candidates must be based in or able to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
• Willing to travel as required.

• Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week
