About the role
Jobot is seeking a personal injury attorney for a well-established plaintiff's firm that is actively growing. The firm's practice areas include personal injury, workers' compensation, and employment law. This position focuses on litigation and trials.
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation files as they progress toward settlement or trial.
- Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake and guide them through the entire case.
- Draft documents, including motions, pleadings, and discovery.
- Attend and conduct depositions, mediations, and hearings.
Requirements
- Be a member of the local state bar.
- Have a degree from an accredited law school.
- Have at least 3 years of personal injury experience.
