Job description
Tasks
- Provide technical engineering support for API manufacturing, including process scale-up, equipment startup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
- Develop and revise batch records, work instructions, cleaning procedures, and GMP documentation.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, improve cycle times, and enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
- Support equipment setup, qualification, product changeovers, and manufacturing process improvements.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve production challenges.
- Support operator training and maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Process Engineering or API Manufacturing experience.
- Hands-on GMP process troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Experience with equipment startup and technical documentation.
- Strong understanding of process safety.
- Equipment experience with Reactors, Centrifuges, Dryers, Mills, etc.
- Preferred: PHA / PSSR, CAPA Investigations, Equipment Qualification, P&IDs, Mass Balance Calculations, Emission Calculations.
