Production Worker

WE’RE HIRING! PRODUCTION WORKERS

Pay: $18.00 PER HOUR
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (Day Shift 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Night Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

What you’ll be doing:
- Operate or assist with a production line
- Operate as needed in assigned task
- Monitor products as they move through the production process
- Fill/pack and label as needed (if required)
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Follow production standards, quality checks, and good manufacturing practices
- Work on rotating schedule

Requirements (what they’re looking for):
- Industrial manufacturing environment experience
- Experience with hand/power tools (if needed)
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment
- Ability to read and understand instructions
- Ability to follow safety guidelines
- Must be able to work day/night rotations

Attendance is extremely important:
You are expected to:
- Arrive on time and ready to work
- Report for every scheduled shift
- Have reliable transportation
- Be dependable for the full 12-hour schedule
- Follow attendance and on-time requirements

Overtime & other notes:
- Overtime available
- Rotate between day and night shift

Everyone participates in the rotations. This is not a permanent day-shift or permanent night-shift position.
