Project Manager

About the role

Georgia Tech is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of GT Infinity 2.0, a large-scale AI-enabled lifelong learning platform.

The platform will deliver personalized learning experiences, skills assessments, adaptive learning pathways, digital credentials, and integrations with institutional and external systems.

Tasks

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through development, testing, and production deployment.
• Lead Agile project management, sprint planning, backlog management, and release coordination.
• Coordinate software engineers, UX/UI designers, data specialists, business stakeholders, and external partners.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Track project progress using Azure DevOps and other project management tools.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing complex software development and digital platform implementations.
• 3+ years of experience with AI-enabled applications, personalization systems, or data-intensive products.
• 3+ years of experience with EdTech, LMS integrations, learning technologies, or workforce development platforms.
• Experience managing products from MVP through production and subsequent releases.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce and Canvas integrations and data workflows.
• Hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile/Scrum, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Experience with Confluence, SharePoint

Pay

• $68.09/hr on W2
