Job description
About the role
We handle apartment renovations and unit turns across DC, Maryland, and Virginia.
Tasks
- Manage multiple unit turns and renovations at once
- Walk units, scope the work, and plan the job
- Schedule and sequence trades so every unit gets move-in ready on time
- Coordinate subcontractors and hold them to quality and deadlines
- Inspect work and run punch lists before handover
Requirements
- Construction or renovation project management experience (3+ yrs)
- Strong scheduling skills and a solid grasp of the sequence of work: you know what comes next
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Reliable transportation to travel between DMV sites
- Apartment turn or multifamily experience is a big plus!
