Job description
Tasks
- Lead application development projects across the full SDLC
- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, backlogs, timelines, and budgets
- Work with Jira / Azure DevOps
- Coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Manage UAT, release planning, and deployment schedules
- Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing software/application development projects
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience
- Experience working with technical teams and leadership
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills
- PMP/CSM is a plus, but not required
