Project Manager

Requirements

• Experience managing complex software development projects and digital platform implementations.
• Experience with cloud-based applications and multiple system integrations.
• Strong Agile project management experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and functional teams.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for sprint tracking, backlog management, and Agile project management.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Preferred: AI-enabled applications, personalization systems, or data-intensive digital products.
• Preferred: Learning technologies, EdTech platforms, LMS integrations, or workforce development systems.
• Preferred: Managing products from MVP through production and subsequent releases.
• Preferred: Cloud environments such as GCP, Azure, or AWS.
• Preferred: Enterprise platforms such as Salesforce and Canvas, including system integrations and data workflows.
• Preferred: Figma or similar tools for UX/UI design and prototype coordination.
• Preferred: Dashboards and reporting tools for tracking project progress and performance.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Relevant project management experience with progressive responsibility.
• Eligibility to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• AI-enabled applications / personalization / data-intensive products – 3 years.
• Learning technologies / EdTech / LMS integrations – 3 years.
• Managing products from MVP to production – 3 years.
• Cloud environments (GCP, Azure, or AWS) – 3 years.
• Salesforce and Canvas integrations / data workflows – 3 years.
