Project Manager – Industrial Engineering

Tasks

• Design and optimize factory layouts, manufacturing lines, warehouse areas, and material flow systems.
• Develop 2D and 3D factory layouts and site master plans.
• Plan manufacturing facilities, building placement, warehouse operations, and infrastructure.
• Optimize inbound, internal, and outbound material flow.
• Support factory capacity planning, production efficiency, and space utilization.
• Develop and implement PFEP (Plan for Every Part) strategies.
• Work on warehouse design, dock utilization, yard planning, and logistics optimization.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Facilities, Construction, and EHS teams.
• Support factory expansion, greenfield development, commissioning, and production ramp-up.
• Analyze OEE, takt time, cycle time, throughput, and line balancing.
• Develop layout standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–20+ years of relevant experience in industrial engineering, factory layout, manufacturing systems, or site planning.
• 10–20+ Years
• Experience in industrial engineering, 2D/3D factory layouts, material flow engineering, and manufacturing facility planning.
