Job description
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering / Manufacturing Engineering / Production Launch.
- Strong experience in Greenfield Manufacturing Plant Launch or Industrialization.
- Capacity Planning, Throughput Modeling & Line Balancing.
- Facility Layout, Production Ramp-up & Launch Management.
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement.
- OEE, Takt Time, Material Flow & PFEP.
- Strong Cross-functional Program Management experience.
- Preferred: PMP / PgMP Certification.
- Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt.
- Preferred: Experience with MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, Jira, SAP, MES, SCADA or Teamcenter.
- Preferred: Background in Automotive, Aerospace, Battery, Energy, Heavy Equipment or High-Volume Manufacturing.
