Property Maintenance Technician

Cedar City Property Solutions is looking for a dependable, self-motivated person to join our team as a full-time W-2 employee.

This is a non-CDL position primarily handling commercial and residential property maintenance, with occasional work assisting our remodeling crew.

Requirements (from flyer):
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a drug test (we have company trucks)
- Must be able to work without supervision and be a self motivator
- Work hours: 7AM–5PM | Monday–Friday (occasionally work past 5PM when a job requires it)
