About the role
LATTC GainCalworks Resource Hub is seeking a Property Management Assistant to support access badge and parking management for the LAUSD Administrative Headquarters building.
Responsibilities
- Review and verify badge and parking requests, review parking application assignments, and enter key card requests in the parking and access system.
- Maintain and update confidential occupant information, including work location changes and new vehicle information.
- Survey building parking lots and issue parking violation notifications to occupants.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school or GED, or equivalent educational proficiency.
- One year of commercial property management experience related to operations management, property maintenance, or tenant relations.
- A valid California driver license and private transportation, or the ability to use an alternative method of transportation.
