ARVS is seeking a detail-oriented Property Solutions Specialist for a full-time remote role supporting complex real estate cases involving deceased property owners. You’ll help resolve cases that may involve multiple heirs, title issues, liens, and judgments. This position goes beyond cold calling and offers the opportunity to develop skills in real estate, genealogy, and title research.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to heirs and property owners and communicate professionally with clients.
Understand property-related needs, respond to inquiries, and help identify tailored solutions.
Research family trees and identify potential rightful heirs.
Review title documents, liens, and judgments, and gather and verify information across records.
Analyze market data and share relevant trends and insights with clients and management.
Participate in team meetings and coaching calls on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 AM.
Collaborate with the team through training, calls, and WhatsApp support.

Qualifications and Equipment

Fluent English with natural, professional communication.
Strong interpersonal, customer service, sales, and problem-solving skills.
Friendly, engaging, detail-oriented, and comfortable with outbound calls and research.
Punctual, disciplined, and able to work reliably in a full-time remote role.
Laptop or PC and headphones with a clear microphone.
Reliable internet connection and backup power.
