Position: Property Solutions Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Solutions Specialist to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote position. This is not a simple cold-calling job — it requires problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Our company specializes in real estate cases where the property owner is deceased, often involving multiple heirs, title issues, liens, and judgments. It’s a challenging and rewarding role where you will learn valuable skills in real estate, genealogy, and title research.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with clients to understand their property management needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize effective communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.
- Analyze market data to identify trends and provide insights to both clients and management.
- Participate in team meetings and Team coaching calls: Mondays & Thursdays at 9 AM
- Make outbound calls to heirs and property owners.
- Research family trees and identify the rightful heirs
- Analyze title documents, liens, and judgments
- Collect and verify information to connect the dots between different records.
- Collaborate with our team through training, calls, and WhatsApp for ongoing support
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent English (Grade A+) – must sound natural and professional..
- Strong communication and social skills (friendly, engaging personality)
- Proficient in customer service, Sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Laptop/PC + headphones with clear microphone
- Reliable internet & backup power
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and goal-oriented.
- Experience in real estate, law firms, title companies, or call centers is a plus (but not required)
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused role.

Compensation
- $400 weekly base salary (paid every Friday)
- $250 commission per signed contract
- Top performers make $800–$1,100 weekly
Schedule
- Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST
