QA Integration Test Lead

🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Integration Test Lead
📍 Location: St. Louis, MO / Charlotte, NC(Hybrid)
⏳ Duration: 6 Months Contract
We are looking for an experienced QA Integration Test Lead with strong Salesforce integration testing experience and Telecom/MSO domain knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end integration testing for legacy Workforce Management (WFM) migration to Salesforce.
Validate upstream and downstream integrations across the Charter ecosystem.
Test integrations with CSG Billing, workforce scheduling systems, and middleware platforms.
Validate data migration, employee profiles, historical WFM records, and shift logic.
Lead defect triage and collaborate with Salesforce architects and third-party vendors.
Required Skills:
6+ years of QA Engineering experience.
3+ years of Salesforce Integration Testing leadership experience.
Telecom / Charter Communications / MSO domain experience.
Hands-on experience with CSG Billing and workforce scheduling systems.
REST/SOAP API testing using Postman.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, security profiles, and integrations.
Jira, Agile/Scrum, and Zephyr experience.
Good to Have:
Salesforce Administrator / Deployment Specialist certification.
Provar / Selenium automation experience.
