QA Test Engineer/Manager – MMIS Healthcare

Requirements

• 10+ Years Preferred
• Visa required: H1B, US Citizen, H4 EAD
• Strong understanding of Medicaid/Medicare and MMIS healthcare projects.
• Hands-on experience in Claims Processing and Adjudication.
• In-depth knowledge of Claims Lifecycle: Member, Provider, Claims, Adjudication, Payments and Reporting.
• Experience with Professional, Institutional, Dental, Pharmacy, Encounters and Capitation claims.
• Strong knowledge of EDI X12 formats: 837P/I/D, 835, 834, 270/271, 276/277.
• Experience with claims systems such as CMdS, GHS, Facets or similar platforms.
• Strong SQL skills for backend validation, troubleshooting and RCA.
• Experience in E2E testing, interface/API testing and test strategy development.
• Familiarity with Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps and EDI testing tools.
• Excellent client communication, stakeholder management and team coordination skills.
