Quality Assurance Lead

Tasks

• Own end-to-end QA planning, coordination, and execution.
• Develop and review test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Lead functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate testing activities across onshore and offshore teams.
• Manage defect tracking, triage, retesting, and resolution.
• Monitor QA progress, testing metrics, KPIs, and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.
• Support UAT, release readiness, and post-production validation.
• Mentor QA analysts and establish consistent testing practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software QA experience.
• 2+ years of experience leading QA activities or coordinating testing teams.
• Strong experience in Test Planning, Test Strategy, and Test Execution.
• Hands-on experience with Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience with SQL, API Testing, and Data Validation.
• Working knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
• Experience managing offshore QA teams and coordinating distributed resources.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Retail, Distribution, Logistics, Merchandising, or Finance domain experience.
• Preferred: ERP and legacy system testing.
• Preferred: Data conversion and migration testing.
• Preferred: Exposure to test automation, performance testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
