Job description
Tasks
- Lead QA planning, coordination, and execution.
- Develop and review test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
- Manage functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate onshore and offshore QA teams.
- Drive defect triage, tracking, retesting, and resolution.
- Monitor testing progress, KPIs, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Support UAT, release readiness, and post-release validation.
- Mentor QA analysts and improve testing practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software QA experience.
- 2+ years of QA leadership or team coordination experience.
- Strong hands-on testing and test planning experience.
- SQL, API testing, and data validation.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC.
- Experience managing distributed/offshore QA teams.
- Retail, distribution, logistics, or merchandising experience (Nice to Have).
- ERP and legacy application testing (Nice to Have).
- Test automation, performance testing, and CI/CD exposure (Nice to Have).
