We are looking for an experienced React Web Developer Lead with strong hands-on development, architecture, and technical leadership experience.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
React.js – 10+ years
JavaScript – 10+ years
TypeScript – 10+ years
Node.js – 10+ years
API Development & Integration – 10+ years
Good-to-Have Skills & Experience:
Cloud Platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP also considered) – 5+ years
Setting up CI/CD Pipelines – 5+ years
Microservices and Serverless Architecture
Payments and Security Domain Experience
AI Integration and Rapid Prototyping
Role Expectations:
Hands-on experience designing, architecting, and developing scalable application modules.
Proven experience leading and mentoring 3–5 senior React developers.
Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and application security.
Knowledge of secure coding practices, encryption, and obfuscation.
Experience driving process improvements, code quality, and delivery excellence.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ownership of product development and delivery.
