Responsibilities
- Clarify role requirements and research relevant candidate profiles.
- Source candidates and maintain accurate recruiting records.
- Conduct or coordinate screening and interviews within your area of responsibility.
- Communicate with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent advisory.
- Ability to work remotely during US business hours.
- Strong organization, candidate communication, and recruiting documentation skills.
- Clearly identify your specialties and the recruiting responsibilities you have handled.
