The OpportunityThis is a 100% candidate-focused Delivery role (180 position).No business development.No cold calling clients.No account management.Your sole focus is identifying, qualifying, and delivering high-quality technology candidates into live roles managed by our senior consultants.You’ll play a critical part in the recruitment process, ensuring our clients receive the very best talent in the market, every time. What You’ll Be DoingPartnering with high-performing 360 consultants to fill active tech vacancies across the U.S.Sourcing top-tier ERP, CRM, and Data professionals using headhunting, networking, and market mapping techniquesConducting in-depth candidate interviews to assess technical capability, motivations, and cultural fitManaging candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from first outreach to offer acceptance and onboardingBuilding long-term relationships with candidates and becoming a trusted advisor in your marketWorking in a fast-paced, performance-driven Miami office environment What We’re Looking ForRecruitment experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential.
