Registered Behavior Technician

Tasks

• You'll provide one-on-one ABA services in home and community settings, helping clients develop meaningful communication, social, daily living, and independence skills.

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client sessions
• Strong communication and a passion for working with clients and families
• A compassionate, patient, and dedicated approach

Schedule

• Part-time opportunities available

Pay

• $23–$28/hour for direct care, based on experience
• $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days
