Remote Customer Service Representative

Support the Florida Healthy Kids Program by answering inbound customer service calls, assisting with enrollment, eligibility, account maintenance, and general inquiries. Requirements include high school diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, residence in Florida, reliable high-speed internet, computer meeting BYOD requirements, webcam, smartphone, headset, second monitor, and a distraction-free environment. 100% attendance during training and nesting is required. Paid training, full-time, starting October 12, 2026. Schedule may include shifts ending at 7:30 PM EST.
