The Agency Staffing Team is recruiting for Residential Monitors / Youth Support Staff for 24/7 Men Transitional. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct daily wellness checks and document observations. - Monitor safety and well-being. - Provide direct support, including relationship building. - Maintain professional communication and documentation. - Participate in schedule management, including shift coverage. - Follow all company policies and procedures. - Maintain a safe and clean environment. - Support program participants. Qualifications: - Valid California driver’s license or the ability to obtain one. - Experience working with youth and/or vulnerable populations. - Strong communication skills. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently. - Professional demeanor. Preferred Experience: - Experience with group homes or residential settings. - Experience in mental health, case management, or crisis response. Multiple shifts available.
