Retail Bakery Crew

Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service
Handle cash transactions and cashiering duties
Report to the Operations Manager
Perform basic on-site baking and food preparation
Prepare basic coffee and beverages (Barista duties)
Conduct quality checks on all products
Perform daily stocktake of baked goods produced and sold
Wash and maintain all baking equipment, utensils, and workstations
Sweep and mop the kitchen and retail areas daily
Assist with other operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
Fluent in spoken and written English
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently
Physically fit and able to lift 10–15kg safely when required
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
