Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate leads through multiple channels, focusing on business-to-consumer (B2C) sales.
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that support sales and strong customer relationships.
• Work with team members to plan and execute marketing campaigns that build brand visibility and attract customers.
• Research market trends and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Learn Asort’s product offerings and clearly communicate their benefits to prospective customers.
• Use CRM tools to record customer interactions, track leads, and manage follow-ups.
• Prepare sales and marketing performance reports and share insights and recommendations.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma required; further education in marketing or business is an advantage.
• Skills in sales, marketing, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
