Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities proactively. Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer demands. Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing to create strategies that enhance sales and lead generation. Manage the sales pipeline and regularly update management on progress against targets. Participate in team meetings and training to enhance skills and product knowledge continuously. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Previous sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong negotiation skills with a results-driven approach. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events as needed.
