Key Responsibilities Visit and build strong relationships with companies across the Tri-Cities region, focusing on organizations with ₹100+ Crore revenue and 100+ employees. Engage with HR Heads, CHROs, and senior business leaders to understand their culture and talent development needs. Present and effectively communicate the value of Best Culture to Work® and Best Employee Value Proposition (EVP) awards. Sell consulting and training services in innovation, leadership, change management, talent capability, and learning solutions. Explain the award journey and transformation process to prospective clients, highlighting measurable benefits. Schedule meetings, follow up diligently, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company growth objectives. What We're Looking For Required: Excellent spoken English communication skills to engage corporate clients confidently. Self-starter attitude with a passion for field sales and direct corporate interactions. Comfortable with frequent travel within the Tri-Cities region. Freshers and entry-level professionals eager to build a career in B2B sales. Ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Preferred: Basic understanding of HR consulting or corporate training industry. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
