💼 Role Summary
We are looking for a confident Field Sales Executive who enjoys meeting people, knocking on doors, and selling high-value HR awards, consulting, and learning solutions.
You will meet HR Heads, CHROs, and Senior Leaders across industries, and help organizations begin their journey toward Best Culture to Work® and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) awards.

- Visit and connect with companies across the Tri-Cities
- Meet and engage with HR Heads and Business Leaders
- Present and sell:
- Best Culture to Work® & Best EVP Awards
- Consulting & Training in Innovation, Leadership, Change, Talent, Capability & Learning
- Explain the award and transformation journey
- Fix meetings, follow up, negotiate, and close deals

- Revenue: ₹100+ Crore | 100+ Employees
- Across 18 sectors including:

💰 Compensation
- CTC: ₹1.2 Lakh per annum
- Incentives: 2%–5% of revenue on each sale
