Employment: Full-time, on-site field sales
Creative Learnings Academy is seeking a confident Field Sales Executive to introduce organizations to Best Culture to Work® and Best Employee Value Proposition (EVP) awards, as well as consulting and training solutions. You will meet HR leaders, CHROs, and senior business leaders and help companies explore culture and workforce transformation.
Responsibilities
- Visit and build relationships with companies across Chandigarh, Mohali, and Panchkula.
- Meet HR heads, CHROs, and business leaders across industries.
- Present and sell Best Culture to Work® and Best EVP awards.
- Introduce consulting and training in innovation, leadership, change, talent, capability, and learning.
- Explain the award and organizational transformation journey.
- Schedule meetings, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close sales.
Target Customers
Prospective organizations typically have annual revenue of ₹100 crore or more and at least 100 employees. Target sectors include IT, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, hospitality, hospitals, education, retail, BFSI, and other industries.
Qualifications
- Excellent spoken English and confident communication skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable with field visits and corporate meetings.
- Freshers and entry-level professionals are welcome.
- Previous HR consulting experience is not required.
Compensation
