Remote Sales Executive (Outbound Calls) – India

Luxueore is hiring a full-time Remote Sales Executive in India. In this phone-based sales role, you will contact prospective customers, understand their needs, recommend suitable solutions, and build lasting client relationships. This opportunity is suited to a self-motivated sales professional who can work independently in a virtual team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients, identify their needs, and present relevant solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
• Manage leads and opportunities, and work toward daily and monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to different audiences.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales activity with promotional campaigns.
• Track sales metrics and report results to identify opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional business or sales qualifications are a plus.
• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in phone-based sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as part of a virtual team.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is preferred.
• One to two years of sales experience is ideal.

Compensation and Work Arrangement

• Salary: 36000 per year.
