SALES MANAGER
Join a fast-growing Sri Lankan bottled water brand.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✅ Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
✅ 5+ years’ sales management experience in FMCG or beverages
✅ Proven record of achieving sales targets
✅ Strong leadership, negotiation and reporting skills
✅ Valid driving licence and willingness to travel island-wide
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team
• Develop sales and distribution strategies
• Build distributor and key-client relationships
• Monitor performance and market trends
• Expand Pure Spring’s island-wide presence
