CALL FOR CONSULTANTS Peace & Reconciliation Curriculum Enhancement & Training of Trainers "Building Bridges" Supported by the "Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI)" Sri Lanka Unites (SLU) is seeking a qualified consultant to strengthen and enhance its Peace and Reconciliation Guidebook and to design and deliver a Training of Trainers (ToT) programme for SLU staff and volunteer facilitators. The consultancy will be carried out under the "Building Bridges: Future Leaders Conference & School Rehearsals Tour", supported by the Canada Fund for Local Initiatives (CFLI). Duration: 4 Months Location: Colombo Reach: ~40 staff & volunteers Required Qualifications & Competencies - Demonstrated experience in curriculum or guidebook development, peacebuilding, reconciliation, or youth leadership education - Prior experience designing and facilitating Training of Trainers programmes - Strong understanding of the Sri Lankan social and political context - Excellent facilitation, writing and cross-cultural communication skills Interested?
