Dinesh is hiring a full-time Sales Person in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Join a collaborative sales and marketing team and help grow client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to grow sales.
• Research markets to identify qualified leads and business opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
• Work with the marketing team on promotional materials and campaigns.
• Provide responsive customer service and address client questions or concerns.
• Record sales activity and client interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Contribute ideas and collaborate on projects that expand market reach and improve sales approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred; 1–3 years of sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation
