Salesforce Field Service Business Analyst

Requirements

• 10+ Yrs.
• US Citizen / Green Card / H1B Only.
• Strong Business Analyst experience with Salesforce Field Service / Field Service Lightning (FSL)
• Experience with Field Workforce Management.
• Strong understanding of Field Service, Maintenance, and Construction processes.
• Expertise in technician scheduling, routing, dispatch, capacity planning, and appointment management.
• Experience conducting requirements workshops and gathering business requirements.
• Ability to create functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience supporting integration testing, end-to-end testing, UAT, and business readiness.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Telecom/Cable domain experience preferred.
