Job Summary
TruTalent Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Cleaning Supervisor to support field operations and lead custodial teams effectively in the Denville, NJ area.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with District and Regional Managers to process weekly payroll for district employees.
- Maintain and update district-related spreadsheets and operational data under management supervision.
- Deliver cleaning supplies to client locations as required.
- Interview and screen candidates for Custodial Technician positions.
- Train employees on janitorial procedures and administrative tasks.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage employee callouts to ensure full coverage.
- Monitor employee attendance and compliance using Team Time systems.
- Provide substitute cleaning services at client sites when necessary.
- Communicate assignment changes and company updates promptly to custodial staff via email and WhatsApp.
- Report all accidents and injuries to the corporate office in a timely manner.
- Address and resolve employee performance issues professionally.
- Be available on-call for client emergency situations, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Sheets).
- Exceptional attention to detail in scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
