Requirements
- 10–12+ Years
- USC / GC / GC-EAD / H4-EAD
- Strong hands-on SAP C4 V2 Functional Experience.
- SAP C4 V1 & V2 knowledge.
- SAP C4 for Utilities implementation experience.
- Utilities Customer Service & Contact Center expertise.
- SAP C4 Integration with NICE CXone.
- Large-scale CIS Transformation experience.
- End-to-End Solution Design, Build, Testing & Deployment.
- Go-Live, Cutover & Post-Production Support.
- Experience in Electric, Gas, Water or Public Utilities.
- Strong functional leadership and client-facing skills.
- Hands-on experience leading end-to-end delivery.
- Must have a LinkedIn profile with photo (No recently created profiles).
- Priority for candidates with recent SAP C4 Utilities + NICE CXone integration experience.
