About the role
Niecie Lala is seeking a Security Control Room Supervisor to supervise and coordinate daily control room operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Control Room Operators.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, access control and security systems.
- Ensure prompt response and escalation of security incidents.
- Maintain accurate logs, reports and incident records.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and company procedures.
- Promote confidentiality, professionalism and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- 2–3 years' experience in a Control Room, Security Operations or Monitoring Centre.
- Minimum 1 year's supervisory or team leader experience.
- Valid PSiRA registration (where applicable).
- Experience with CCTV, alarm monitoring, access control and incident management systems.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
