Senior AI Engineer

Tasks

• Design and develop modular Python applications, APIs, and services integrating LLMs, enterprise data, and business tools.
• Build LangGraph-based agent workflows with state management, conditional routing, tool execution, checkpointing, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
• Implement context engineering to provide relevant instructions, retrieved information, tool outputs, and conversation history.
• Design, version, and test prompts with structured outputs and grounding instructions.
• Develop short-term and long-term agent memory strategies.
• Build LLM evaluation frameworks using representative datasets and regression testing.
• Implement AI observability using Galileo or similar platforms.
• Monitor execution traces, quality, latency, token usage, cost, and failure analysis.
• Implement guardrails for prompt injection, sensitive data exposure, and unsafe tool execution.
